Partnerships

We believe in the power of partnership to fight against commercial sexual exploitation of youth. We rely on these partners and their collaboration in every step of the healing journey of all survivors.

A Trust Based Relational Intervention Based Program

Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) is the foundation to the services at Youth Center of Texas. TBRI is an evidence-based therapeutic model of care that utilizes an attachment-based, trauma-informed approach designed to meet the complex needs of survivors of commercial sexual exploitation.

The three identifying principles of TBRI

  1. Empowering
  2. Connection
  3. Correcting

Utilizing TBRI ensures that we are creating and fostering a healthy environment where all survivors can develop socially and emotionally, while addressing their immediate needs throughout a structured approach. Our goal is that each resident will build and strengthen resilience while developing secure attachments.

We're here to help, not to judge.

We Want To Work With You

If your organization is actively working with homeless, at-risk youth who are aging out of foster care, juvenile detention, and other child-serving systems with a history of sex trafficking and childhood abuse, we would like to work with you.
